We are a specialist Student Group Tour Operator and are looking for a well-organized and conscientious team player.


Operations Executive - What will I be doing?


You will be booking and managing tours around the UK and Europe and will oversee the operational process, liaising with clients, agents, suppliers, tour leaders, and hotels.

You will be pivotal for any tour to run smoothly.


The role is very varied and requires someone to be able to turn their hand to a variety of different tasks.

It is a small business so you will be involved in many parts of the day to day running of things to include:


  • Overseeing the operational process of international tours
  • Management of small events from start to finish
  • Budget management
  • Project and logistics planning
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Processing payments/invoicing
  • Production of itineraries
  • Production of briefing presentations and material

Operations Executive - What experience do I need?
Ideally you will have previous operational travel experience, but this is not essential.

The most important requirements are that you are incredibly organised, with excellent communication skills and that you have the utmost care and attention towards the clients and towards details.

We need someone who is unflappable in stressful situations and someone that finds solutions when things are not going to plan.


  • You will need to be a good communicator with solid written skills
  • Highly organised, able to follow process, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Welltravelled with a good knowledge of relevant destinations and local operations would be desirable
  • Educated to degree level
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office

Operations Executive - What else do I need to know?
You will be based at the office in the Bromley area, with some days working from home.

The hours are Monday to Friday - 5 and you will have lots of opportunity to travel, attend workshops, familiarisation trips and client meeting in England and abroad.

This role will have the potential to grow and to offer career progression.


Pay:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
Expected start date: 01/02/2023
