Public Affairs and Policy Officer

You'll have a broad brief, including developing a programme of stakeholder engagement activity; delivering effective influencing and thought leadership campaigns; providing a proactive policy function that helps shape local and national policy and regulation related to Karbon Homes' operations; and co-ordinating and managing Karbon Homes' responses to statutory consultations on policy and legislation. You'll report to the Head of Public Affairs, Policy and Stakeholder Engagement.

About You:

You'll have a strong track record of delivering influencing campaigns, be able to demonstrate achievement in service delivery of policy analysis, and be experienced in managing relationships with stakeholders.

You'll have an excellent understanding of local, regional and national political systems and processes.

You're likely to be looking for the next step to build your career:

your current role may be in housing or a related field such as a local authority, emergency services, the NHS or a charity.
