A growing private equity real estate fund is looking to appoint a fund controller into its finance team based in Central London.


The position is newly created as a result of a recent fundraise and will join a small and closely knit finance team.

The role promises back to front exposure and the incumbent will enjoy being part of a middle office finance function that involves plentyof business partnering with the investment team, asset managers and investor relations.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Fund finance oversight dealing with the external TPA team and ensuring work is timely and accurate
  • Financial analysis e.g., partnering with the asset management team and undertaking bespoke pieces of analysis
  • Funding support forecasting, liquidity and treasury management, drawdown coordination, covenant forecasting around refinancing, transactions, lease events
  • Investor relations support
  • Transaction support
  • Supporting the fundraising process and partnering with
  • Liaising with numerous key external stakeholders, e.g., tax advisors, compliance & risk, auditors etc.
Culture is a big selling point, and the business has a real family feel. Hybrid working is on offer and employees generally do three days in the office with two from home.


Compensation is generous and salary is between £65,000 and £80,000 depending on experience with exceptional bonus potential and carry options.
