Description
We are looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our established team.

A Customer Service Advisor is an essential role within SD Hardware, you are the first point of contact for our customers therefore you play a major part in delivering a fantastic customer experience which is what we pride ourselves on.

The Successful applicant will join a small friendly but professional team who enjoy a positive atmosphere and inclusive environment.

Bonus Scheme_

In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;

  • Get to know our products in order to take orders verbally and on occasion in personUse our inhouse system to process customer orders,
  • Liaise with suppliers
- maintain customer database information
- assist with any other office task that may arise

  • Customer service experience (in a similar field would be desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Great telephone manner
  • An ability to work under pressure
WORKING HOURS MONDAY- FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
