Reservations Agent to join our team at Melia White House (Albany St, London NW1 3UP).

Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent's Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street.

Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

About the role, what will I be doing?_**- Be aware of current and future availability on a daily basis, as well as any selling strategy proposed by Revenue with its restrictions

Have knowledge of OPERA system
Knowledge of Tour Series
Be up to date with all short and long term promotions available at the hotel
Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible
Prioritize any correspondence from the day before and from external guests and clients to ensure efficient customer service
Be fully conversant with all systems and computer procedures which are Reservations related
Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, and ensure adherence with the PCI rules and regulations at all times
