Modern British Bakeries, an unabashedly British bakery, drawing on the huge popularity now of British baked goods and the resurgence of craft baking, Peyton and Byrne offer a modern take on much loved British classics.

About You
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our small team.

We are looking for someone that would be available for an immediate start, ideally, you would have experience in a specialist coffee shop.

Whilst we are looking for obsessive foodies, we are extremely passionate about the quality of our coffee, the temperature of our tea, so if you have the same levels of obsession, you should come and see us.

We are currently recruiting for FULL TIME/ PART TIME experienced Barista's for our Great Portland Street Store.

We have very exciting plans for this shop over the coming months and are looking for an enthusiastic person that can help us achieve our goals.

You would be expected to:

Be friendly and communicate well with other members staff and customers
Be competent on shots and milk in a fastpaced environment whilst maintaining standards
Be knowledgeable about your product
Be confident in your position
Have a keen attention to detail.
All rounder

We require someone with:

Speciality coffee experience
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
A desire to maintain outstanding service and quality
Flexible
Able to take initiative and work as a team
Positive with a Cando attitude

You must, of course, be friendly, passionate, outgoing and of course fluent in English.

Salary:
£10.40-£10.50 per hour
