SALES SUPPORT/SALES COORDINATOR
For an exciting company who designs and manufactures modular reception and public space furniture.
OVERVIEW OF JOB
This role largely focuses on supporting the sales team with some support required for the marketing team.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES
- Understanding the product offering and procurement routes to provide information to clients and handle projects independently.
- Qualifying leads and verifying the client and project information ensuring details are correct.
- Understanding customer demographics and building appropriate sales outreach campaigns.
- Utilising data platforms to create prospecting lists.
- Putting quotations together for clients and liaising with designers, furniture dealers and contractors, following projects through each step of the sales funnel.
- Creating digital product visuals to accompany quotations.
- Obtaining shipping and transportation quotations.
- Supporting the sales team with presentation bookings, including organising lunches and attendance certificates.
- Minute taking of meetings.
- Maintain and develop CRM system, including cleansing of any duplication.
- Processing and fulfilling sample requests.
- Regularly liaising with Isomi's agents to ensure they are equipped with updated marketing materials and sample stock.
- Monitoring and logging file downloads from the Isomi website and using this information for prospecting.
- Processing new orders and issuing order acknowledgements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a sales, administration, or customer service role
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and quick to learn
- Selfmotivated
- Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
- Accuracy when inputting data
- Ability to work both independently and harmoniously within a team
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Proficient with CRM software and automated sales tools
- Ability to understand technical drawings

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
