We are looking for a recent ambitious graduate with a flair for delivering presentations and an interest in events. This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate that wants to start their career in sales and marketing.

Our FMCG client manufacture andwork in several key health + beauty categories including; personal bath, shower and body care, haircare, male grooming, skincare, fine fragrance and baby + maternity.

Our client are offering full training for the role, a generous starting salary along withperformance related increases every 6 months.

**Overall purpose of the role:
- **The successful Graduate will be joining the Brand Business Development Team, maximising strategic commercial opportunities to ensure growth in the Brand division. The Graduate will support with internal and external presentations and the implementation ofcommercial projects and events. Also manage operational processes to support Export and Domestic customers.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Preparing and presenting internal sales presentations, including Brand sales summary and EPOS reports
  • Participating in meetings with new and existing customers online and in person
  • Preparing and presenting pricing and business terms to new and existing customers
  • Attending networking events including conferences and trade shows
  • Research and identify opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Strategic review of commercial opportunities in conjunction with Business Development Manager
  • Understanding of sales KPIs, working with Business Development Manager to achieve KPIs by Brand and by Customer
  • Regular updates to pricelist and clearance list in accordance with business direction
  • Develop and maintain a list of current and prospective customers
  • Updating and managing forecasts with Business Development Manager
  • Management of product set up process including but not limited to New Line Forms
  • Coordination of events including conferences and territory visits in conjunction with Business Development Manager and wider team
  • Management of Registration process for International customers, including documentation management
  • Management of overlabelling process for export customers
  • Support in NPD process for Off Price Export customers
  • Processing sample orders for Brand Business Development Managers

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline focused
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel
  • Proficient and comfortable at understanding trends, analytics and analysis, to produce required stats and adhoc reports
