Description
An opportunity has arisen for a proven Commercial Administrator to join a busy manufacturing company based in Hinckley.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for providing quotations to customers, liasing with exisiting customers, creating pricing updates using spreadsheets and maintaining our in-house computer systems


Key duties include:

  • Using MS Office and bespoke intranet based systems to create and maintain quotations and produce internal documentation
  • Answering the phones and dealing with all queries / requirements
  • Organising paper and digital files, maintaining well organised systems
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers, contractors etc.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director helping with day to day organisation.
The ideal person will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong Administration background
  • Flexible approach to fulfil a wide range of duties
  • Fully IT literate in MS Office, Word, Excel and databases, with experience on bespoke systems desirable
  • A problem solver, able to find solutions to a wide range of possible issues etc.
  • Positive and resilient attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in an engineering / manufacturing background is desirable

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week


Salary:
£23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
