This role will have responsibility for delivering a broad range of tasks with the aim of delivering excellence in customer experience and managing all site administration needs As a member of the site leadership team you will report into the General Manager.

Duties:


What can you expect to be doing as our Administration Supervisor? Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
Processing of instrument loan sets and CCNs on behalf of our customers
To validate compliance against manufacturers instructions prior to approval of new instruments
Keeping and maintaining records on external repair of instruments
Assist the site management team with regard to producing and distributing reports
Process time and attendance data for site records and submission to payroll.

To oversee that repairs and missing instruments or equipment are recorded and logged on the Tracking and Traceability computer system.

To proactively monitor, evaluate and ensure that operational activities fully comply with required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.

To participate as an integral member of the sterile processing team and to actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement and best practice.

To monitor and ensure that all production processed by designated team conforms to quality guidelines and ensuring complete contamination control.

To effectively control the use of materials, equipment and consumables within the team work location reporting re-occurring faults and informing the Production Manager of any other requirements.

To actively assist and support the team in the planning and operational process.


Required Experience:

Background in a customer service / administration role within a controlled or regulated environment


Skills:

Ability to learn and understand the instruments
Ability to plan and prioritise work.
Ability to analyse and interpret data.
Ability to solve complex problems in a pressurised environment.
Advanced end user IT skills in order to operate the internal systems.
