Right now, we're recruiting a People Services Team Leader to support the processes that drive people power at Clarks.

The role
Managing the People Services Team covering the UK and Europe, you'll lead administrative support of the employee life cycle.

From onboarding right through to the leaving process, you'll support your team and processes, ensuring we're always on top form and able to comfortably deliver on SLAs.


You'll work closely with the Head of People Services to implement improvements to administrative processes, and to discuss and shape future improvement plans as a driver of the proactive culture of our organisation.

You'll also provide reports and HR data insights that will be important in the business decision-making process.

About you
You'll be experienced as a Team Leader and within HR. All the better if you've done both at once.

Payroll structures, HR policies and terms and conditions—you'll have the full-range of HR processes covered and know how to deliver them within a large organisation.

You'll also be a SAP HR superuser able to deliver meaningful data insights in line with data legislation.

The scope of the team covers both UK and EMEA and driving improvements across our European entities will be a focus.
