Click Convert are a leading international online marketing company with offices both here in the UK and in the US.

We are looking for an SEO specialist to join our expanding team in the UK office to deal with clients both sides of the Atlantic.

KEY TASKS AND
ACCOUNTABILITY

Creation of outstanding strategies for clients based on objectives, KPIs, and user personas.
Executing advanced SEO tactics as part of wider campaigns.
Providing detailed recommendations to your clients.
Consitent client communication to articulate progress per campaign and develop strategies.
Prioritising tasks on a monthly basis in accordance to client requirements.
Delegating selected tasks to Executives and specialists across the team.
Working alongside Click Convert's Creative department and other digital marketing specialists.
Providing insightful reports to the wider team.

Personal Development:
Driving personal training and knowledge sharing within the department. Contributing to and delivering selected future company wide SEO update sessions. Develop knowledge base of more junior members of the SEO department. Provide training sessions for other members of the department on new processes and SEO practices.

What skills are required?

Passion for digital marketing, as well as SEO.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective verbal communicator, aware of different personality types and working styles.
Good knowledge of SEO and the latest best practice methodology.
Proven ability to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
Proven ability to work across both the technical and content side of SEO.
Ability to work to deadlines and communicate proactively.
Demonstrable track record of innovative problem solving.
Good leadership skills.
Minimum 1 year handson SEO experience.
Detailed knowledge of key search engine algorithms.
Indepth knowledge of content marketing and link building practices.
