One Year Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity
The Commissioning Alliance launched Setting the Standard (StS), a pan-London Inspection Service, in September 2020.
The StS Service aims to ensure that all Bed & Breakfast and Studio properties used as Temporary Accommodation for homeless households, meet minimum Housing Act Standards.
The Scheme is operational across 31 London Boroughs and is the initiative of the London Housing Directors Group.
We are seeking an exceptional
service Coordinator who has experience of collaborative working and is highly skilled at building good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
The key skill sets required for this role are strong organisation skills, being a strategic thinker who also is thorough and accurate with good attention to detail.
The role will require managing the team to meet targets and you will need to be confident in reporting successes and failures to senior management, with a view of always looking to improve the service for our customers.
Knowledge of the public sector housing or homelessness sector would be beneficial.
The role is a fixed term post, with a mixture of home working and travel to Ealing and London Offices, e.g.
