We are working with a leading commercial property services firm who are looking to recruit an Assistant to their Property Management team.

You will support the local Director and team of Property Managers acting on behalf of corporate clients. Day to day work will include;

  • Verifying invoices and resolving queries
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Updating the inhouse database with changes to portfolios, occupancy and alterations
  • Gathering information and producing reports
  • Arranging access and property visits
  • Working closely with internal surveyors to maintain accurate records
  • Day to day admin support.
The role would suit somebody with property administration/support experience in the commercial sector.

Birmingham based, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Salary guide:
£24,000 - £28,000 pa.

15 month FTC


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 15 months
