The Position:


About You (_

• Proven experience in customer service and sales (3 years +)
• Great communication skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and workload
• High level of knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and ticketing/CRM platforms
• Advanced IT skills and ability to grasp new software and ways of working
• The desire to provide excellent customer service and nurture relationships
• Take ownership with a positive attitude and a drive to be proactive
• Excellent English both verbal and written
• Calm, positive and empathetic manner
• Confidence to build new relationships with clients, both b2b and b2c
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Optimistic problem solver
• Ability to work without too much direction following training, taking ownership of the role
• A genuine interest in health, nutrition and wellness
• Be flexible to meet business needs and willing to work outside of 95 hours (including Sundays)

About You (_advantageous_)

• Experience with luxury services / products
• Previous experience in health and wellness based role
• Previous experience managing B2B sales accounts
• Previous experience dealing with delivery companies
