Responsibilities of a Receptionist

To answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings
To complete telephone projects, ensuring you are in regular contact with your dedicated region, as requested by Management
To be the first point of contact for both internal (advisers) and external contacts
To greet visitors upon arrival and ensure the Front Desk area remains tidy at all times
To make drinks for all visitors when required
To manage the incoming post
To ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy
From time to time you may be required to carry out other duties as deemed necessary by Management this includes but is not limited to:
To support recruitment and onboarding when requested
To provide event support when requested

Requirements of a Receptionist

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
Competent on Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc.

Working hours of a Receptionist
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary of a Receptionist
- £19,000 - £20,000 per annum dependant on experience, meaning to receive the higher end of the salary banding you must have done a similar role in a Financial Services Network previously.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
