With a natural, empathetic approach, your role will prove fundamental to many families in need of support as you undertake assessments for new care packages to ensure that specific and necessary needs of clients are met.


Skills and responsibilities:

  • Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies
  • Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Effectively prioritise workloads and time management
  • Understand the importance of completing detailed assessment, involving the client, family / representatives, and other professionals in every stage of the process
  • Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a highquality level of service to all clients

Location:
Bristol (Must reside in Bristol)


Salary:
Up to £30,000 + Mileage + On Call Bonus

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Additional information:
Current, clean UK drivers' licence and access to your own vehicle
This is a excellent position for someone who has expertise from the caring industry to share and develop.
