The role
We are looking for a dynamic Asset Planning Officer to join the Asset Strategy team to work proactively in producing accurate investment programmes of work and analysis of the Groups stock portfolio.
This position would be ideal for someone skilled in data analysis, knowledge of planning strategically for investing in homes, and can work closely with a range of stakeholders to meet key deadlines.
As the role holder, you will need to analyse and present data to the wider Asset Management department, using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
You will be responsible in managing the handover, sale and change of use to the Groups stock portfolio, produce regulatory returns in line with government legislation, and support the production of the 30-year business plan using accurate stock condition data.
The right fit
- You will have experience of working to set processes and procedures to deliver a collaborative working approach across a range of departments.
- You will also have the ability to analyse data related to assets and have a clear understanding of business and investment planning.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator who can build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to agree prioritisation of your work to meet key deadlines.
- You will also need to have strong attention to detail and can work across delivering multiple tasks at the same time. It is essential you have strong Excel skills, and you are capable of quickly learning a range of housing systems to undertake this role.
