We are currently seeking several new recruits to join us on this journey.
We have a great opportunity for a Reward Manager to get involved in all aspects of the Reward Project.


This interim role provides an opportunity to play a vital role in managing the implementation of our Total Reward project.

This role will report direct to the DD of People, Culture and Transformation whilst working closely with colleagues in the rest of the People Team including People Operations Team, People BPS, L&D, EDI & Well-being Specialists), Managers and staff.

This role will require experience in HR consultancy and Project management, HR reward, HR reporting and HR analytics.

We are looking for a solid technical rewards specialist with strong project management and engagement skills where you will be able to bring your own experience and ideas to the table to drive and support the implementation of this project.


About the Team


We are a team of 10 and we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality across all elements of our HR work, be that management of the employee lifecycle, coaching and empowering leaders, or acting as change agents to influence and improve ways of working.

We're a capable team that is always driving people-focused initiatives and projects, as well as playing an integral role in charity wide working groups and projects.


About You
You will be an experienced and high performing CIPD qualified HR practitioner with specialist reward knowledge and experience.

Specifically, you will have:

  • In depth and excellent Reward project management experience
  • Experienced in spotting potential blocks to project delivery, and ability to own a project and put in place risk mitigation to enable effective delivery of project objectives.
  • Experienced in undertaking job evaluation and reward benchmarking and implementing pay and reward outcomes.
  • Experienced in managing rewards/ benefits schemes and payroll implementation.
  • Experienced in establishing workflows and effective audit compliant processes around payroll and reward
  • Specialist knowledge of developing and implementing reward schemes including introducing salary sacrifice.

Our approach to hybrid working


This role is based in our Central London office (WC1N, opposite Russell Square underground) with a minimum of 2 days working in the offices and the option to work remotely up to three days a week.
