- Drury Precision Engineering Ltd based in Alford, Lincolnshire are looking for a production operative to assist in our busy factory._
The Company_
- We are a market leading company designing, producing and distributing aftermarket motorcycle accessories worldwide. We have a 30 strong workforce with a stateoftheart production facility based in Alford._
Key duties and responsibilities_
- _Assemble and pack kits of parts_
- _Packing of parts prior to despatch_
- _Assist with production_
- Training will be provided as and when necessary_
- _Have a high degree of attention to detail_
- _Be reliable and a good timekeeper_
- _Be positive and professional in all areas of work_
- _Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment_
- _Have strong communication skills_
- _Be motivated, eager to learn and develop quickly_
- _Be organised and able to prioritise workloads_
- _Be able to work with and without instruction_
- _Be thorough, tidy and a methodical worker who demonstrates close attention to detail_
- _Capable of working within a team_
