LHH are proud to be working with a global consultancy firm based in London who are looking for an experienced Compliance manager to provide advisory for regulatory aspects across the whole business.

This role will require someone with previous project managementexperience in varying compliance areas.


Role responsibilities:


  • Work with the Global and Regional Compliance teams across the UK and EU.
  • Implement new controls and risk management processes.
  • Set up policies and standards.
  • Looking into; Code of Conduct, Code of Client Service, ABC, Fraud, Insider Trading, ect.
  • Compile management reports for compliance, risk and controls to the Head of Finance.
  • Looking to improve and embed risk management into the Regional and EU Compliance Teams.

Key skills and experience:


  • Strong compliance experience and understanding of the consultancy business
  • Ideally, 5 years experience in compliance or other risk management discipline
  • Confident in engaging with crossfunctional stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous project management with implementing new processes would be beneficial
