A new role to the trust to help support in the provision of bank and agency workers across the trust.


You will support the Temporary Staffing Coordinator in the delivery of a customer focused service ensuring requests for temporary staff fall within the requirements of the Integrated Care Board and local policies and processes.


This is a part time role at 18.75 hours per week, with the days of working to be agreed on appointment.

Promoting a professional customer orientated service working within the Resourcing Team.

First point of contact for temporary staffing queries - triaging and escalating where required.

Compliance with both national and local policies and processes.

Process bank and agency worker requests.

Rated GOOD overall with outstanding care by the CQC.

To assist with administration of end-to-end temporary staff lifecycle transactional processes using electronic folders and relevant workforce systems, such as Bank Staff, the Electronic Staff Record system (ESR), Healthroster and Trac, for all staff groups ensuring accurate data entry with mínimal error rates in line with standard protocols.


This includes:

Assisting with recruiting new workers on to the Trust bank for all staff groups in line with service needs, including supporting interview/selection panels
Employment compliance, for example, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), UK Right to Work, Professional Registrations, Inter Authority Transfers (IAT) for previous service details
Adding details on to systems to ensure they are available for deployment with appropriate skills/competencies highlighted
Monitoring mandatory training compliance, issuing alerts of Trust expectations
Removing inactive workers and/or those non-compliant with mandatory training, along with workers requesting to terminate bank posts in accordance with Trust processes
Maintain Texting Service with workers contact details
