**The role is to provide operational management of our Clinical Assessment Services, incorporating 111 Clinical Advisors.
This also involves on-boarding staff including recruitment, selection and induction and ongoing clinician management includingyearly appraisals and monthly audits.

You would be working as part of a multi-disciplinary Team you will take an active role in ensuring quality in line with organisational, national goals and strategy.

It is expected that the post holderwill undertake clinical shifts to maintain clinical skills
