Dallington School is looking for a Digital Marketing and Admissions AssistantResponsibilities:
- Marketing
- Assist with every aspect of Marketing activity including design, advertising and brand ensuring content reflects school ethos and brand
- Social & Digital Media
- Develop and create a programme of engaging digital content for social, web and other digital channels
- Admissions Enquiries, Tours, Applications & Offers
- Assist with daytoday Admissions processes and operations
- Events
- Assist with all marketing events ensuring maximum attendance and engagement
- Measurement, Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain highly accurate records and prepare reports for the Head of Admissions, Marketing & Communications
- General Administration
- Alumni Relations and Engagement
Education & Professional Background
- Educated to Degree level (preferable)
- Educated to GCSE level (essential) and has ideally achieved Level 7 in Maths and English
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong ICT skills
- Proficient in the use of databases, platforms and tools not limited to Microsoft Office, Sway, Adobe, Canva, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media platforms, Hootsuite, Hubspot
- Experience delivering customer service ideally in an educational environment
- An understanding of the UK education system (essential)
