Dallington School is looking for a Digital Marketing and Admissions Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing
  • Assist with every aspect of Marketing activity including design, advertising and brand ensuring content reflects school ethos and brand
  • Social & Digital Media
  • Develop and create a programme of engaging digital content for social, web and other digital channels
  • Admissions Enquiries, Tours, Applications & Offers
  • Assist with daytoday Admissions processes and operations


  • Events

  • Assist with all marketing events ensuring maximum attendance and engagement
  • Measurement, Analysis and Reporting
  • Maintain highly accurate records and prepare reports for the Head of Admissions, Marketing & Communications
  • General Administration
  • Alumni Relations and Engagement

Education & Professional Background

  • Educated to Degree level (preferable)
  • Educated to GCSE level (essential) and has ideally achieved Level 7 in Maths and English

Experience & Knowledge

  • Strong ICT skills
  • Proficient in the use of databases, platforms and tools not limited to Microsoft Office, Sway, Adobe, Canva, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media platforms, Hootsuite, Hubspot
  • Experience delivering customer service ideally in an educational environment
  • An understanding of the UK education system (essential)

£27,000.00 per year
