Adecco are currently recruiting for a

Communications and Administration Assistant to join a well-known museum based in South Kensington.


Salary:
£14.50


Duration:
ASAP - 3 months (potential of being extended)


Working pattern:
Three days onsite, two at home, 36 hours per week


Contract type:
Temporary


Roles and responsibilities


This role will primarily provide general communications and administrative support to the Unlocked Change Manager and others across the Unlocked Programme team as required.

The role requires excellent organisational, time management and communications skills to proactively deal with conflicting demands. It will also require the postholder to manage numerous different relationships with the appropriate degree of confidentiality and sensitivity. The role requires an ability to build good working relationships at all levels with internal stakeholders

  • Produce communications for internal use (such as power point slides, newsletters, intranet posts and internal blogs).
  • Support the running of Unlocked stakeholder groups, including setting up meetings and helping to create presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Supporting meetings for the project board and team, including taking minutes and updating project documentation on the Unlocked Sharepoint.
Support activities (e.g. visits and events) to engage colleagues in the opportunities presented by a new site including planning itineraries, booking travel, managing invitations and tracking expenses.

  • Working closely with relevant support staff throughout the Museum, e.g. PA to Science Director, refreshment suppliers including Benugo and IT support to plan meetings, workshops and other engagement events.
  • Any other duties as required.
