Description
Part of a team of six, you will be responsible for both financial and regulatory reporting duties, specific to allocated legal entities within, or related to the Group.
This includes the preparation of company financial statements, monthly entity reportingpacks, and regulatory capital calculations and submissions. Hybrid working (2 days in office).Client Details

Description
This role offers excellent broad financial and regulatory reporting opportunities as well as senior stakeholder management exposure.
Duties include:
- Preparation of allocated company financial statements in accordance with FRS101/FRS102, ensuring that the audit and reporting deadlines are met both in terms of timing and budget.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of legal entity monthly reporting and, where applicable, Board packs, and related commentary/analysis.
- Preparation of comprehensive audit files and act as the primary internal and external audit contact for legal entities managed.
- Review the annual financial statements of legal entities owned by colleagues in the reporting team.
- Support the forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
- Stakeholder management
- Prepare schedules and management reporting packs which assist management in reviewing the completeness and accuracy of the regulatory returns.
- Investigate reasons for deviations from forecast and seek to refine the forecasting process to minimise deviations between actual and forecast results.
- Ad hoc support provided to the Reporting Manager
Profile
- at Part Qualified Finalist level of ACA, CIMA or ACCA (full study support available)
- from Big Four or Top 10 Audit (preferably with financial services clients)
- or have strong financial statement and reporting expertise from within industry
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting regulations desirable
