Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. A Good knowledge of general building skills and experience across all disciplines


Duties:

• Visit Clients and Carry out Routine Maintenance works, covering the entire property
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installation
• Conduct basic electrical repairs (Not essential)
• Works a part of team on full house refurbishments start to finish
• Work as team on kitchen and bathroom installations
• Work as part of team on new build / extension / joinery projects
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients

Requirements:

• Proficiency property maintenance and repairs
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Basic Plumbing/ tiling/ joinery/ building works skills

Pay:
£12.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
