Reed Specialist Recruitment, Finance, is delighted to be working with a high-tech, fast-growing, product-based company.

As Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's AR and AP accounts with a good understanding of credit control.

Assist with month end closing, annual budget, track data and compile internal reports on assets andexpenses.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Prepare and process complex invoices and returns for vendors and customer
Manage reconciling customer accounts
Reconcile AR and AP ledger accounts
Processing AR and AP invoices when needed
Assist with Month end closing
Assist with Accounts Assistants training and development
Support financial enquires from external and internal parties
Responsible for intercompany billing and processing
Assist in yearend budget planning
Responsible for monthly AP Vendor payments
Manage the Credit Control on all AR accounts
Complete and review credit checks on new customers and offer recommendations of credit limits
Responsible for monthly bank reconciliations of all Senko bank accounts
Prepare and deliver business and financial analysis presentations on external customers / competitors
Attend monthly sales meetings to report customer financial positions
Assist on annual financial audit
Assist on annual ISO audit
VAT returns / reconciliation
Publishing exchange rates for company use
Manage company credit cards
Process returns and issue credit notes
