Hales Group are excited to announce that we are working with our client, within the hospitality industry, based in Blakeney.

They are looking for a Duty Manager to join their growing team.

To oversee and ensure the smooth running across all departments and to always maintain a high level of customer service to guests.

Key Accountability & Responsibilities:

To undertake Duty Management in line with the Duty Management rota.
To carry out the duties included on the Duty Managers Checklist.
Supervision of staff, reporting any problems to Managers &/or the Proprietor.
Staff welfare, dealing with problems and complaints.
Guest relations ensuring guests are happy, dealing with any problems or complaints.
To oversee daily hotel operations, assisting in departments if required.
To ensure that Fire, Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
Ensure that company standards of personal appearance are maintained.
