Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations of the sales department. This is a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and coordination between the sales team, customers, and other departments.


Duties:


  • Assist the sales team with order processing, including data entry, order tracking, and invoicing
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
