Job Description:


This is a great opportunity for a well rounded marketing professional who is looking to expand their career with a market leading, truly global organisation.

We're looking to double our revenue over the next five years, and are looking for talented individuals to help us get there.


What is the Marketing Executive responsible for?


You will help to develop and then deliver the marketing plan for Customer Advocacy across our business to business organisation.

You'll be working within the Central Marketing team as part of the team dedicated to our client marketing programme.


You will be responsible for:


  • Building a programme of Customer Advocacy that supports engagement, retention and insight across our existing customer base
  • Developing and delivering a range of events and other activities working in close collaboration with the wider marketing team to ensuring a highquality customer experience
  • Working closely within our audiencebased marketing programmes to ensure we are always delivering the best customer journey
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders across Experian to bring together an integrated and coherent programme ensuring that good customer outcomes are at the centre of decision making
  • Delivering insight and other outputs back to colleagues from the Advocacy programme
  • Deliver agreed annual KPIs including engagement and effective budget spend
  • Continual improvement of outcomes built around meaningful and actionable customer insights and empirical evidence from test and learn activities
  • Ensure compliance with approved processes
  • Understand and participate in the performance programme ensuring stretching personal objectives, a personal development plan and regular self and team feedback.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and escalate issues quickly
  • Champion a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything that Experian does

Qualifications:


This would be a great opportunity for someone with B2B marketing experience, who has experience delivering marketing in a large, complex organisation.


We're looking for someone who has:

  • Delivered a range of customer events including virtual, hybrid and face to face, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Developed marketing communications messaging, developing integrated programmes across channels
  • A strong results focus, delivering to targets and understanding the wider environment of sales and business practice
  • Project managed and worked with virtual teams across multiple businesses and functions
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Interpersonal impact; gaining agreement/ consensus from stakeholders, strategic understanding, communication, questioning/listening, stakeholder challenge/management and gaining credibility
