Compensation:
- Competitive salary with an attractive bonus structure
- Must have 3 to 5 years of investment banking experience
- Strong communication skills & understanding of corporate finance
- Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniques
- Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums
- Ability to multitask and execute multiple mandates with mínimal supervision Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) involved in an M&A process
- Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
- Flexibility to travel across Europe and the US
Responsibilities:
- Lead transaction execution: Manage transactions end to end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process
- Origination: Take an active part in business development by participating in origination activity and leading client pitches
