Here at The Recruitment Junction we are working with a national organisation that is looking to hire a customer service advisor to join their talented team.


37 hours per week, covering various shifts between 7.45am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday - a maximum of one evening shift per week and a maximum of six Saturdays a year.


Job description:


  • Dealing with customer queries and issues on the phone
  • Taking payments by phone, letter and our online services
  • Creating customer records and keeping them up to date.
  • Be eager and willing to learn
  • Have great customer service and communication skills
  • A passion for helping people


The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.
