Change and Communications Specialist

Amersham - 3 days per week on-site

Permanent


My client, a FTSE 100 company working on life saving technologies in the workplace, environmental analysis and HealthTech, are currently in search of a Change Specialist, experienced in digital transformation to support a large scale programme.


You will work closely with a globaIly dispersed cross-functional; managing a diverse network of stakeholders to help them change their behaviours and deliver high quality results.


Responsibilities will include training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizations I readiness ono lysis, coaching, resistance management, change reinforcement and communications
.



As Change & Communications Specialist you will:

  • Maintain key stakeholder relations / mapping and personas development
  • Develop a change journey
  • Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of Change and Comms approach
  • Working alongside project teams and deliver updates/training at key points of change
  • Ensuring effective change communications

The Change & Communications Specialist must have experience in:

  • Delivering large scale complex technology change programmes
  • A minimum of 35 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of change impact analysis
  • Delivering, creating and designing enduser training
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder relationship management

The Package for the Change & Communications Specialist:

  • £50,000
  • £60,000 base
  • 15% Bonus
  • 10% Pension
