Are you an experienced Installations Supervisor?

We are looking for an installations Supervisor to join FullFibre to support our teams across the Ledbury region to ensure and monitor effective site operations and coordination of works compliant to NRSWA and Health and Safety requirements.

As Installations Supervisor you will report directly to the Lead Supervisor and Installation Manager whilst supporting the Head of Service Delivery in supporting our business vision to deliver a friendly, personable service, breaking the mould of the telecom industry's notoriously poor customer experience.

We're looking for someone who can.

Install fibre into our customer premises, business and residential, including splicing
Assist the support team with troubleshooting technical and queries
Manage a team of up to 20
Liaise by phone with the Head office team to organise preinstallations, installations and arrange service calls
Safely audit systems of works
Complete audits across various installation types
Supervise installation engineers to ensure safety, quality and processes are followed in line with fil fibre requirements
Demonstrate experience of method statement and risk assessment

The right person will

Have a minimum of 2 years within a senior engineer role
Have fibre installation/splicing skills and experience
Have deep understanding of fibre terminology and able to communicate this effectively to customers and colleagues within the business
Be wellpresented and demonstrate a professional image as the face of the business
Be empathetic towards with customers and colleagues
Personable and friendly
Be proactive and efficient, and willing to go the extra mile for customers
Be a strong and independent leader
Demonstrate experience of method statements and risk assessments
Support and encourage safe practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

PIA experience
OTDR/IOLM Testing and Knowledge of PIA
SA001/SA02/S8/S7/IAF 1B/SA020/UNIT2 & 10 NRSWA
Previous experience of working at height from a ladder and cabling from up to 11m telegraph poles, preferably with a valid SWAH Level 3 certificate
Experience in lone working and health and safety requirements that are specific to working at height
Have a current clean driving license with a willingness to travel
