We are looking for an Administrator / Client Relationship Manager to join our Market Harborough office on a permanent basis.

The role will include providing administrative support to both our Wealth Manager and our clients.

THE ROLE


You'll play a crucial part in providing administration and basic paraplanning support to our existing Paraplanners and Chartered Wealth Managers.


This includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate client information on Salesforce our CRM system
  • Preparing client meeting packs and sign up forms
  • Chasing new business pipeline transactions ensuring they are completed smoothly and speedily
  • Processing new business, completing fund withdrawals and other transactions
  • Working alongside the technical paraplanning team
  • Help the advisers prepare for client meetings as required ensuring all necessary documentation is available to them and recorded appropriately

WHO YOU ARE

  • You'll have experience working in administration, preferably within a Financial Services firm
  • Previous St James's Place experience would be strongly advantageous
  • You'll have excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • You'll have intermediate level Microsoft Suite
  • Outlook, Office, Word and Excel
  • You'll be confident communicating with clients and 3rd party providers
  • You'll have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • You'll have a strong desire for professional and personal development and want to be held accountable
  • You'll thrive off working in a fastpaced environment and be itching to advance your career
  • You'll welcome candid feedback in order to enhance your progression
