Description

Venn Group are supporting an established global Investment Bank in search for a Data Strategy Lead which will play a crucial role in the Bank.

The experienced successor will leverage their knowledge and experience to drive the delivery of the Data Strategyacross all aspects of the data lifecycle and services.

This role is developed into a brand new team to the bank, having taken over from a Consultancy that developed the foundations of an operating model.

This is an ongoing project which will surpass the 18 month mark.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Experiencein leading a team delivering data projects or programmes
Experience in setting up new date programme and developing new data delivery reporting and benefits tracking
A creative approach to problem solving and solution scoping
Experience delivering culturally change activities with regards to encouraging and support the development of data uses and experiences across an organisation
