Senior Payroll Officer

Are you looking to join a fun, driven and growing company? Well JGA are working with a fantastic organisation in Romford who are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer with a recruitment background to join their team.

You will:

Ensure prompt maintenance of contractor records at all times including archiving and filing
Chasing overpaid funds with both Umbrella companies and customers.
Keeping senior management up to date with any complaints, overpayments and any other issues.
Liaising and assisting the credit control team with invoicing queries.
Ensuring Umbrella payments are accurate and on time
Develop payroll processes, procedures and approaches for consistency, accuracy and compliance.
Liaising with our Umbrella Payroll supply chain partners
Preparation and processing of PAYE payroll including holiday pay, P45's and wage slips
HMRC and pension submissions
Downloading and processing of both DE and Non DE reports for all selfbills systems
