- Do you have?:
- At least five (5) years of leading and advising on a wide range of internal and external loss breaches/ issues concerning property and company assets.
- The drive to promote selfsufficiency and control with regards to the prevention and detection of fraud and theft risk.
About You:
- Applicants should demonstrate the following:
- Experience of developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures
- Experience and capability to drive Group selfsufficiency and control with regards to the prevention and detection of fraud and theft risk
- Experience of building relationships with key business stakeholders to advise the Group on a wide range of physical and procedural security measures
- Capability to obtain investigative statements from a wide range of parties and actively seek intelligence through interview techniques and personal observations in support of operational proactive work
- Experience of liaising with Police, other enforcement agencies and with industry colleagues to help combat theft and improve security controls
- Relevant loss control/ security management qualification or another related field.
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of security and theft risk practice and legislation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Audit, monitoring, investigation and report writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence
