    A Strategic Role for a Global Markets & Channels Team Member

    This is an exciting opportunity to use your strategic flair, commercial expertise, and strong communication skills to influence decisions at the highest levels of the company.

    Please Note: The position can be based in our offices in Copenhagen, Billund or London and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.

    Core Responsibilities:
    1. Support the Markets & Channels team as a strategy and commercial partner to drive the mobilization and execution of business plans.
    2. Lead strategic engagements, focusing on marketing-related projects, from framing problems through analysis, insights, and communication.
    3. Support monthly meetings with senior leaders, ensuring effective communications and governance for efficient decision-making.
    4. Collaborate across teams and functions, particularly M&C and Product & Marketing Development, for cross-functional alignment.
    5. Challenge and provide strategic sparring to M&C leaders on strategic challenges and issues.
    6. Partner with other Market & Channels Strategy Partners in supporting global initiatives and cascading direction.
    7. Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, including C-level executives.

    Your Qualifications

    1. A solid track record of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy consultancy firms and similar roles within FMCG/CPG industries.
    2. Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills to extract insights and conclusions from complex business problems.
    3. Commercial savvy, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    4. Excellent communication skills for executive-level document creation, analysis, and presentation.
    5. Marketing strategy experience is preferred but not required.
