- Build in-house capability where it strengthens the platform
- Bring new ideas (private markets, innovation, technology, AI)
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Leadership
- Continuously raise the bar as the firm scales
- 10–15 years experience in wealth / asset management or related fields
- 5+ years of genuine people leadership experience
- Proven accountability for investment outcomes, not just process
- Strong experience operating in regulated environments
- Advanced investment qualifications (CFA, Level 7, or equivalent)
- The ability to write clearly and communicate complex ideas simply
- Growth-minded and obsessed with improvement
- Hard-working — this is a build-and-compound business

- Comfortable building while running
- Passionate about investing (genuinely)
- Based initially in Dubai
- Regular travel across the UK, Middle East, Asia, US, and Australia.

Hoxton Wealth is building a global, adviser-first wealth management platform designed for internationally mobile and financially complex clients.
With ~$4bn AUM today and a clear ambition to reach $20bn by 2030, we are now hiring a Chief Investment Officer to own, build, and scale our global investment proposition.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-and-lead role.

The Role
As CIO, you will take full ownership of Hoxton's global investment proposition.
You will:
Initially, you will inherit a small, capable team and a working (but unfinished) proposition. Your role is to raise the standard and scale it globally.
