Vision and Strategy

Develop strategies, priorities and goals for the school that integrate and support Kabojja

International School vision, mission, and overall strategic goals.

Curriculum, Teaching and Learning

lead the academic section in developing and improving teaching and learning strategies.

Oversee the academic progress of the school

Ensure the school provides a positive and conducive learning environment through

effective management approaches of the school

Stakeholder Engagement and Management

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as parents, partners, other

schools, learners including the public on behalf of the Institution.

Finance and Resource management

Develop, manage, and monitor the academic section budget of the school.

Work with respective offices such as communications, Finance, Principal to ensure that

the school always has all the required resources.

Governance

Institutes and support academic Policies and procedures that ensure compliance with Cambridge, legal and statutory standards and uphold corporate governance standards.

Leadership and staff management

liaise and collaborate with the Human Capital office to guide, motivate, and influence

employees in a way that they are engaged, committed and enthusiastic to work towards

the Institution's Objectives.


Pay:
£33,375.00-£50,632.52 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

• London East: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
