About Our Client:
A new opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to work for a successful business based in Guildford.
- Client liaison and coordination of deliveries and engineering services
- Assist with management and scheduling of approved subcontractors
- Liaison with suppliers
- Quality testing and reporting
- Support sales and direct costs reporting
- Stock organisation and reporting
- Sales orders administration
- Purchase orders administration
The Successful Applicant:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Operations / Admin and Secretarial experience
- Sales and Purchase Ledger preferable
- Numeracy and accuracy
- Customer service experience
