A new opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to work for a successful business based in Guildford.

  • Client liaison and coordination of deliveries and engineering services
  • Assist with management and scheduling of approved subcontractors
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Quality testing and reporting
  • Support sales and direct costs reporting
  • Stock organisation and reporting
  • Sales orders administration
  • Purchase orders administration

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Operations / Admin and Secretarial experience
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger preferable
  • Numeracy and accuracy
  • Customer service experience
