The Opportunity
Our client is an Ealing based wealth management company, with a long established and highly respected history. They have a client base set out all across the West of London, Berkshire, the home counties, and beyond.

In their recently renovated offices, theyare looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator with a couple of RO exams under their belt who are ready to take their next step into Paraplanning within the year.

Alternatively, they would also consider a junior Paraplanner who is currently studyingand looking for a supportive environment to grow into a diploma qualified paraplanner role in the near future.

The business will support your development, and the team around you will help you develop your skills and experience further.


The Role
As an IFA Administrator duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Assisting with the preparation of outstanding financial advice on investments, pension planning,
- inheritance tax and estate planning, in an efficient manner

  • Supporting the advisory teams to execute client relationship strategy
  • Supporting the Client Relationship Manager and Senior Financial Planners/Financial Planners, to
- maintain strong relationships with clients, driving engagement and positive client outcomes

  • Always ensuring that the work undertaken complies with the regulatory and legal environment

About you
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess a number of the following:

  • GCSE passes, including Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 12 months financial services experience within wealth management or an IFA firm
  • A genuine interest in financial markets/personal financial planning
  • An interest in studying for the Diploma in financial services
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and engaged attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • The ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
