    A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent for this key role. As a Customer Experience Manager at Customer Labs, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sending out account applications and direct debit forms, ensuring timely completion.
    • Managing customers' accounts as part of sales ordering processes, adhering to credit limits and outstanding debt.

    You will also support daily, weekly, and monthly sales office tasks, including:

    • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and knowledge.
    • Achieving sales targets and contributing to key performance indicators.
    • Utilizing Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

    In return, you can expect a 33-day holiday allowance, including bank holidays, plus a company pension scheme, free shares based on company performance, and discounts through our Employee Discounts App.
