Operations Assistant - Belfast - £22k

Working Hours: 10am - 6pm


Exciting opportunity to join an international fast paced music production company on a permanent basis

No two days will be the same, one day you could be liaising with clients, or prepping vehicles for an MOT another, you could be counting and recording stock.
To excel at this role you must be very organised and proactiveness is essential. Below are a few of the duties;

  • Organising logistics / travels for gigs
  • All general office and admin duties
  • Managing properties and vehicles (organising maintenance / cleaning/ MOTs)
  • Client greeting, assisting with catering/refreshments for clients
  • Set up client rooms when needed
  • Run errands as and when required
  • Light cooking duties as and when required

About you:


  • Driving license and confident driver
  • Problem solver and lateral thinker with the ability to prioritise
  • Positive can do attitude
