Description

This is a critical role within the Community Recovery care group with primary responsibility for the administration function for our Community Mental Health Administration Team within South Kent Coast.

We provide services to patients with various serious mental health conditions.

Providing the very best care is something that we are passionate about and our administration teams play a crucial role in helping us to deliver this.

If you're looking for a role that has real impact on the communities that we serve then look no further.

Our people are empathetic and compassionate, and understand the importance of the role that they play in the context of the broader organisation.

You'll need to be professional, flexible, at ease with change and able to travel to support other community teams when needed.

Happy working both within and leading a team, you'll also be comfortable with autonomy.

Due to the nature of our work, things can (and do) change at pace.

You'll bring your amazing people, planning and prioritisation skills with you to make sure that everything gets done on time.

You will coordinate the administration team as well as providing support to the Locality Manager. Being the leader for your teams you'll be comfortable with all aspects of team management.

With an inquisitive mind, you'll be able to take a broad view of how we do things to seek out opportunities for us to work smarter.

Ideally, you'll be experienced in landing process changes efficiently and effectively.

You will need to ensure that the clinical team has the necessary admin support in place to provide the best possible care for our clients.

You'll be comfortable interpreting performance reporting and using these to be clear on the level of service we're providing to our patients.

You'll also be comfortable using information to support and driving change.

Come and work with us in the Garden of England where we combine exceptional professional development opportunities with a tremendous quality of life.
