Barclay Meade HR and Talent are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a Business and Accounting firm based in Southampton.

The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Advisor.

Job description:

HR Administrator responsibilities:


  • Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Provide generalist support where needed.
  • Support with employee related cases.
  • Full employee life cycle support to the organisation, providing support to the wider HR function

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Experience working on HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Previous experience operating at HR Coordinator/HR Administrator level
  • Able to effectively manage workload.
  • CIPD level 3 desirable.
