Legal Secretary
Terrells LLP are currently seeking a full-time Legal Secretary.

Terrells LLP are a well-regarded and successful multidisciplinary firm of solicitors seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is looking to add a Legal Secretary to their team, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support to Partners within the business

Key Responsibilities

Accurately produce and amend documents and correspondence from handwritten, dictated or printed material.
Printing, scanning and filing.
Dealing promptly with telephones calls, directing enquiries and taking messages where necessary.
Open, sort and distribute mail.
Efficiently maintain all client files.
Attending and minuting meetings
Preparation of court bundles
Liaise with internal support departments in order to ensure smoothrunning of the department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and other departments.
Ensure policies and procedures are maintained in all work, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Personal Specification

Previous Copywriting experience, inhouse or agency ideally within Property or Investment Sectors.
Typing speed of 70 WPm.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to use cloudbased case management system
Ability to effectively communicate with other teams and departments within the organization.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Legal Secretary role.
