Product Governance Associate

Overview

Our Fund Solutions area of the business, which operates out of multiple Link locations including Leeds, London, Dublin and Luxembourg, with £75bn of assets and circa 500 people, is looking for a Product Governance Senior Associate in the London office.

As part of a Product Governance team, reporting into the Senior Manager - Product Governance and Management, you will be primarily responsible for the co-ordination and production regulatory reporting, namely the Assessment of Value (AoV) for our funds.


Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Governance & Risk

  • Coordinate the production of individual reports.
  • Analyse assessment data from internal and external providers
  • Work with Value Assessment Working Group ("VAWG") to agree in assessment findings to present to Value Assessment Committee ("VAC")
  • Prepare initial draft assessment reports for review by VAWG prior to VAC submission.
  • Assessment Report and professionally agree required actions
  • Obtain sign off from senior management and VAC
  • Coordinate publication
  • Develop value assessment process to ensure efficient production and publication process
  • Other responsibilities of the role outside of the Assessment of Value will be to support the Product Governance team and wider Product Group with:
  • Periodic Fund reviews
  • Support with annual KIID reviews
  • Support on Fund OCF monitoring
  • Support Product teams on adhoc tasks throughout the Product lifecycle
Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Experience of data analysis
  • Attention to detail

  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to put forwards improvements
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to also be able to deal with a high volume workload
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working in an FCAregulated firm in the financial services industry
